LIMITED WARRANTY FOR TIRES

ITP/Carlisle Tire & Wheel Company warrants, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations stated herein, its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

ITP/Carlisle's liability for tires shall be limited to replacement with a new ITP/Carlisle tire of the same size and type plus any applicable taxes.

ITP/Carlisle's Warranty

1. Applies only to the original consumer purchaser for two years from the date of purchase.
2. Does not cover mounting and balancing charges.
3. Is void when tire is worn past the last 1/32 of tread depth. All tread depth measurements are measured in the groove nearest the center line.
4. Does not apply to repaired tubes or tires (a) used in racing and competition, (b) subjected to road hazards, overloading, under-inflation, improper mounting, fitment to incorrect rim, purposeful abuse or chemical contamination, (c) which have been patched, plugged or repaired or into which liquid balancers or sealants have been introduced, (d) tube type tires fitted without tubes, (e) blem tires for cosmetic defects.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. ITP/CARLISLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF ITP/CARLISLE TIRE & WHEEL COMPANY HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

ITP/Carlisle's liability for wheels shall be limited to replacement with a new ITP/Carlisle wheel of the same size and type.

1. Applies only to the original consumer as long as they own the wheels.
2. A free replacement not to exceed 1 set for each vehicle.
3. Applies to bending or breaking.
4. Does not cover cosmetic damage to any wheel.
5. Does not cover mounting and balancing charges.
6. Does not cover damage to wheel or machine, caused by lug nuts coming loose due to improper torque or fitment, for your machine. It is the owner’s responsibility to torque the lug nuts to the recommended specifications outlined in your owner’s manual. We further recommend that you check the torque on your lug nuts often.
