WOLF WINS BIG ON ITP AT SNOWSHOE GNCC
With ITP Holeshot GNCC tires up front and Holeshot XCRs in back, Brian Wolf put in one of the most impressive rides in the history of GNCC ATV racing. The privateer XC2 Pro-Am class rider claimed the overall victory by about a minute and a half.
It was a lucrative day for Wolf, too, as first place was worth a cool $10,000!
History was made when Brian Wolf emerged victorious at the Snowshoe GNCC. On a privateer Yamaha, Wolf became the first-ever XC2 Pro-Am rider to take an overall win in this series, topping a full field of established, factory-backed Pros on elapsed time at the ninth round of the 2009 Grand National Cross Country calendar in Snowshoe, West Virginia. With this performance, Wolf collected an astounding $10,000 prize from MotorcycleUSA.com. Wolf made it happen on one of the toughest courses in the series with ITP Holeshot tires: XCRs on the rear and GNCC models up front. It was Wolf's sixth XC2 Pro-Am class win of the year, extending his points lead over FRE KTM's Josh Kirkland, a fellow ITP rider who was second in class at the Snowshoe.
